Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted if:
The product received is defective or damaged (e.g., broken perfume bottle).
The product differs from what was ordered.
The item does not match its online appearance.
You are unsatisfied with the product quality.
Important: For complaints regarding faulty delivery, such as damaged or stolen items, please provide an unboxing video of the package to our customer support. Claims without a video will not be processed.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
Be in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
Not be soiled, and the original brand packaging must remain undamaged.
Be subject to product availability for replacement.
Refund Eligibility
To raise a refund request, contact us on WhatsApp at +918885978692 within 3 days of receiving the product. Include the product image, order ID, and a description of your concern. Refund requests received after 3 days may be subject to additional conditions. Approved items must be returned within 7 days. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment of method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.
Customized items cannot be cancelled.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation.
Note: Best Perfumes reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock shortages.
